I'm preparing for lots of summer time fun in the water and am taking swim lessons again. This time around my lessons are a little bit later in the evening. Now that the weather has warmed up a bit, Mom and I cruise to Green Ridge, lay out a blanket, and have a picnic before my swim lesson. There's often some veggies from the CSA share or maybe a bit of egg salad or tuna salad with some CSA eggs and Granny Linda's yummy sweet pickles. I learned a new beauty tip from Mom tonight utilizing a CSA cucumber. The next time you see me, I'm sure I'll look refreshed and well rested.
