Several weeks ago Mom handed me this rattly thing and I figured out how to "play" it. You stick the little yellow ball in your mouth like this. 
Then you rattle the little colored rings around with your fingers like this. 
Mom, are you getting all of this? 
With a little practice, you can even play it with one hand. 
Be cautious. It can potentially cause lots of EXCITEMENT!!
