On January 26th we got another dusting of snow. We love feeding our birds in the morning and watching them take turns at our feeders. I use the phrase "take turns" lightly as the chickadees, finches, titmice, junkos, Carolina wrens, and even cardinals scatter when the blue jays and woodpeckers come to take their turns.
We also like watching all the fun little patterns they make hopping through the snow on our deck.
While it was cold and windy outside, Mom and I extracted the Playdough from its containers and created a wintry scene inside:
a snowman, a sled, a park bench, a doggy, a doggy accident, and
A HUGE MONSTER!
